Remote Jamf Jumpstart macOS (executed by Jamf Pro in 2 x 4 hour session)

JumpStart Delivery & Agenda: A Jamf certified technician will deliver the JumpStart remotely (maximum of 5 attendees) by covering the following sections:

• Settings configuration
• Optional configurations
• Enrollment
• Inventory
• Settings management
• Package Creation and Management
• Software deployment
• Patch management

Please note that this is an indication of the subjects that will be covered but they could variate depending on the customer needs.

DAAS onboarding package (executed by Bechtle in a 4 hour remote session)

• Setup/verify configuration Apple Business Manager / Jamf Pro
• Setup Prestage enrollment profile and assign devices (with availability to disable activationlock)
• Setup DAAS Building
• Setup 2 Smart groups (“DAAS devices” and “Techpulse not installed devices”)
• Setup 2 configuration profiles (“WiFi” and “Passcode”)
• Setup 2 Policies for HP Techpulse(“Deploy” and “deploy if uninstalled”)
• Walktrough Jamf Pro proposition basics like annual token renewal, wiping, removing device and bypasscode for activation lock.
